Infants

Infants have their own room with a care giver ratio of 1:4. Each day teachers read, sing, and use baby sign with your child.  Teachers also hold infants while they are using a bottle.  Bottles are never propped.  There is a lot of cuddle and play time for each child!

Infants have a separate sleeping area where they have their own crib.  Children never share cribs or bedding.  Active Minds Child Care and Preschool also has age appropriate toys and equipment, where teachers play and interact with your child.  Teachers also record feedings, diaper changes and events of your child’s day and send a report home each day.
